MARINE POINT NEW BRIGHTON
Marine Point is a regeneration scheme at New Brighton completed in the final quarter of 2011. This award winning ‘mixed use’ development by Promenade Estates boasts a Cinema, Hotel, state of the art Children’s Play Centre as well as retail and commercial units occupied by multiple popular and independent restaurants.
In 2015 Marine Point was given the ‘Regeneration Award’ at the prestigious Your Move Property Awards and multiple attractions sited at Marine Point have been awarded Trip Advisor’s certificate of excellence.
The development comprises of three groups of buildings, housing both leisure and retail space and served by a 750 space car park. As part of the construction works, improvements were made to the public realm, the highway and public transport links in to the area.
