CARGO BUILDING, BALTIC
Cargo Building occupies the prime site in Liverpool’s Baltic tech hub, offering stunning views across historic docks to the city’s famous Pier Head.
Completed in 2017, the development provides 324 one, two and three bed luxury furnished rental apartments, with 360 parking spaces.
Promenade Estates sold the building on completion to Vista Fund for a figure in excess of £50m.
THE PROM AT NEW BRIGHTON
‘The Prom’ at New Brighton is a luxury, purpose built apartment complex in the Wirral Peninsula, overlooking the New Brighton Promenade. This residential property development marks the final phase of a £60m regeneration plan following the success of the leisure and retail park Marine Point.
Due to the popularity of the scheme, the apartments had been sold just 7 months after completion with more than 75% sold off plan.
MARINE POINT, NEW BRIGHTON
Marine Point is a popular leisure and retail park, developed as part of a £60m regeneration project based at New Brighton, Wirral – including Cinema, Shopping Facilities, Restaurants, Hotel and Children’s Play Centre.
The mixed use development comprises of three groups of buildings housing both leisure and retail space and is served by a 750 space car park. As part of the construction works, improvements were made to the public realm, the highway and public transport links in to the area.
In November 2016 Aprirose agreed to purchase Marine Point for £42.5 million from Promenade Estates.
VAUXHALL GARDENS
Vauxhall Gardens is a residential development in Liverpool city centre based on the development of seventy-seven high quality affordable homes within the city’s ring road.
The scheme was pre-sold to LHA for £3m and completed in 2002.
THE OBSERVATORY
The Observatory is a development consisting of ‘Grade A’ office space in Liverpool City centre next to a secure 24hr car park within Queen Square and in a central location near Lime St. and other city transport links. Currently rented by Liverpool Mutual Homes who secured a 25 year lease with Promenade Estates.
This build office development totals 25,000 sq. ft. over five floors.
QUEEN SQUARE ARCADE
Queen Square is a mixed use commercial, public realm development in Liverpool city centre featuring popular Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Casino and on-site parking at a central location in the city, just minutes away from Liverpool’s theatres, museums and other popular destinations.
This development is currently actively managed by Promenade.
There are ten separate units totalling 57,000 sq. ft. on two separate sites. Some of the units were pre-let prior to construction commencing.
NMGM CONSERVATION CENTRE – WHITECHAPEL
The scheme was devised to convert the former Midland Railway Goods Depot, a 70,000 sq. ft. Grade II* Listed Victoria Warehouse, into a Conservation Centre for National Museums & Galleries on Merseyside (NMGM).
COLUMBUS QUAY
This scheme is two miles from Liverpool City Centre on the banks of the River Mersey. It comprises of a number of elements:-
Units A-F – The first phase of Columbus Quay comprised a new build office of 40,000 sq. ft.
2 QUEEN SQUARE
This is a refurbishment of a Victorian Grade II* Listed Building providing 22,000 sq. ft. of office and leisure accommodation.
WILLIAMSON SQUARE LIVERPOOL RETAIL
This is a new build development providing 62,000 sq. ft. of retail accommodation on two floors.
QUEEN SQUARE INFORMATION CENTRE
Merseytravel, the Government controlled Passenger Transport Executive on Merseyside, developed a £6m bus terminal as a key element of the infrastructure of Queen Square Development and also to improve the public transport links within the centre of Liverpool.
MARRIOTT HOTEL QUEEN SQUARE
This 146-bedroom four-star hotel is at the centre of Queen Square. Prior to commencement of construction, there was a presale agreement to a joint venture company which was owned equally by Promenade and Swallow Group plc.
MANN ISLAND LIVERPOOL
Mann Island is already an iconic element of Liverpool’s waterfront. The 11-storey commercial office building is occupied by the Merseyside Integrated Transport Authority and Merseytravel, which was one of Liverpool’s biggest commercial property deals in years.
QUEEN SQUARE CAR PARK
This seven storey 600-space car park opened in May 1998. Initially, Queen Square car park was the first car park in Liverpool to the awarded Secure Car Park status by The AA and Association of Chief Police Officers. In 2002, the car park was awarded the Community Safety Award from the Liverpool Architecture and Design Trust.
In 2015 Q-Park acquired Queen Square car park in deal with Promenade Estates.
MILLENNIUM HOUSE LIVERPOOL
This project involved the conversion of the former derelict Daily Post & Echo building into 84,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation and 122 basement car parking spaces.
RUMFORD COURT
This involved the total refurbishment of a group of derelict Grade II* Listed Georgian Buildings, to form a complex of eight self contained office buildings amounting to 40,000 sq ft around a central courtyard. These were available for sale or to let.
