MILLENNIUM HOUSE LIVERPOOL

This project involved the conversion of the former derelict Daily Post & Echo building into 84,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation and 122 basement car parking spaces.

The site lay within the Castle Street Conservation area and a number of the architecturally important facades were retained in this scheme.
