RUMFORD COURT LIVERPOOL

Developing Rumford Court involved the total refurbishment of a group of derelict Grade II* Listed Georgian Buildings, to form a complex of eight self contained office buildings amounting to 40,000 sq ft around a central courtyard.

These were available for sale or to let. Some units were initially sold to owner-occupiers with other units being let and the investment retained. These units have subsequently been sold either to investors or owner-occupiers.

The development value of this scheme was in the region of £5m and the scheme was completed in 1992.
