The most prominent site on Liverpool’s waterfront, right next to the city’s famous Three Graces and overlooking the Royal Albert Dock estate. Not unreasonably, all eyes were on us.
We began with a sensitive archaeological dig on what was the site of Liverpool’s original Sailor Town before going on to deliver a stunning project providing 140,000 sq ft of forward-funded Grade A offices – fully let – and 376 apartments – in partnership with a major national house-builder – that remain the hottest address in Liverpool. There are art galleries, shops, restaurants and stunning public realm to help people while away the time and the project remains one of our great calling cards.
